What the F is a scotch egg? A hard boiled egg wrapped in sage pork sausage, breaded, deep fried and sprinkled with pepper and sea salt. Served with whole grain mustard which you spread on with a baby knife.  Are they bad for you? Certainly. Are they worth it? Absoeffinglutely. How much is this high calorie gem? $4.00 (That is less than a subway sammy people!). I love sushi and salad as much as the next girl, but for my dying meal, a scotch egg may make the cut.
